My name is Dakota, I am a Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer with a love for both Pilates training and strength training, hence coming to the name FLOW AND GROW.
Pilates to focus on deep core strength through our movements and breath connection, increase mobility, flexibility, and achieve a deep mind-body connection - a FLOW state, whilst of course giving you that Pilates burn we all know - or will get to know soon.
Whilst strength is focused on strengthening, conditioning and shaping - not only improving aesthetics (toned look) but improving metabolic and overall health from increased muscle mass.
Movement and lifestyle play a HUGE role in optimizing my mental and physical health. I believe you do not know your 'best self' until you optimize your health, and I hope FLOW AND GROW can be a part of your journey; whether you're just starting or already thriving. Lets flow and grow together.
