Where gym meets pilates. An Iconic duo.
This class will start with a Pilates flow; incorporating classical and contemporary movements. Once we have the muscle activation and mind-body connection, we shift into a heavy strength block where you will see your favourite free weights exercises to shape your body in all the right places.
Bringing it all back together with a dynamic flow and cool down to finish.

Think, Pilates only.
In this class you’ll be put through a seamless flow filled with mindful controlled movements bringing the Pilates burn. with a new intention set each session - these classes will make you stronger, increase mobility and bring a deep connection between the body and the mind.
Heavy weights are not used in this class but expect to see props to spice things up; ball, ring, ankle / wrist weights.
