GROUP MAT PILATES in studio
Mat Pilates classes are held weekly in the Pilates studio, located upstairs from the gym. These classes are ‘intermediate’ level, with dynamic class plans; refer to class styles below.

PRIVATE MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates session tailored to your specific needs and goals. Perfect for those with injuries, restricted movement, those who can’t make it to group classes, freshly post partum, late term pregnancy, or those who just prefer a private environment looking for a more tailored to their body session.

2:1 and 3:1 MAT PILATES
Similar to a private session - with all the same benefits, though less personalized.
NOTE: 3:1 is not recommended to those with extreme injury or movement impairments.
Perfect session to bring a friend or family member, with the benefit of picking a time that suits you.

Think, Pilates only.
In this class you’ll be put through a seamless flow filled with mindful controlled movements bringing the Pilates burn. with a new intention set each session - these classes will make you stronger, increase mobility and bring a deep connection between the body and the mind.
Heavy weights are not used in this class but expect to see props to spice things up; ball, ring, ankle / wrist weights.

Where gym meets Pilates. An Iconic duo.
This class will start with a Pilates flow; incorporating classical and contemporary movements. Once we have the muscle activation and mind-body connection, we shift into a heavy strength block where you will see your favorite free weights exercises to shape your body in all the right places.
Bringing it all back together with a dynamic flow and cool down to finish.
