A bit about me and why Flow and Grow

Welcomeeee!!!

I am so excited to welcome you into this space!!

Where strength meets Pilates - in what (I see) is the best way possible. From many years of Pilates and gym training, I've found a training form I love - which combines the two. Using Pilates to focus on deep core strength through our movements and breath connection, increase mobility, flexibility, and achieve a deep mind-body connection - a FLOW state, whilst of course giving you that Pilates burn we all know - or will get to know soon. Whilst the strength is focused on shaping the body in all the right places, programs tailored to achieve muscle GROWTH, giving you not only improved aesthetics but improving metabolic and overall health from increased muscle mass.

Because I see so much importance of both forms of training, I couldn't just do one, so that's why I have decided to launch FLOW and GROW.

The studio is an intimate setting with only 8 spaces available allowing more focus on form as well as allowing for modifications to suit all bodies as required.

Movement and lifestyle plays a HUGE role in optimizing my mental and physical health. I believe you do not know your 'best self' until you optimize your health and I hope FLOW AND GROW can be a part of your journey; whether you're just starting or already thriving. Lets flow and grow together.
